STAGE 1 – DESIGN
Learn, Prepare and Lay Your Foundations
In this module we take a deep dive into the most important person in your business – you.  We map out your goals for your business and delve into the strengths and qualities you have that will help your business thrive. We discuss your genius zone and how to achieve balance in your business and life. Plus, we work on defining your business’ vision, mission and values, connecting them with your individual purpose, and also considering how they will help others connect with you and your journey. 
Who are your ‘pocket of people’, your ideal customers, and what makes them tick? What are their fears, frustrations, goals and dreams? What do they love? What do they hate? We work together to describe them in detail, get into their heads and understand the problems we can help to solve for them. 
We clearly define your products and your services. We work together on your sales pitch and clarify your offer. Finally we design the customer journey – creating a visual for how you will solve your clients’ problems and map out the journey, through sales funnels and lead magnets.

STAGE 2 – DEVELOP
Design, Plan and Approve Your Business Plan
It’s time to get into the nitty gritty of your business plan! We use a Solution Map to paint a picture of what your business will look like. Then, together we develop your strategic plan complete with action steps, budget and key milestones. Plus, we get clear on who your competitors are and discover what words and messages they use to attract their clients.

Yes, we do plan! This is actually the best part. We build your business on paper to see what’s really possible

Marketing doesn’t have to be hard or complicated. Whether it’s social media, blogs, websites and landing pages, podcasts, videos or increasing your networks, we look at what suits you, your personality and your lifestyle. Then…we start creating and doing!

STAGE 3 – DELIVER
Create, Build, Execute, Grow
This week we take a breather, using this time to get back to basics. We review and reflect, considering the strengths and weaknesses of our plan and tweaking as we go.

Next we look at growing and leveraging your business. What are the habits and routines that will make business easy? What can you outsource or automate to free up your time? And what can you learn from your community and the data from your business to help make it more streamlined? This is an exciting time as we consider the big picture and strategies to help your business flourish.

Now it’s our time to work together to review and adjust your plan, taking a moment to ensure all the incredible work you’ve done this far is on track. During these weeks we can play with your plan, tweaking here and fixing there, until we are ready to implement those action steps again.
